1. Description of Service

TuneUp! allows users to create and manage alarms and integrate them with Apple Music playback. A free trial period is offered, after which continued access requires a subscription purchased via the App Store.

2. Subscription and Payments

All subscriptions, trials, renewals, and cancellations are managed by Apple through your App Store account. The developer does not process or access your payment data. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device settings:

3. Apple Music Integration

TuneUp! uses Apple’s MusicKit to access your music library. You must grant access for full functionality. All Apple Music content and related data are subject to Apple’s own terms:

4. Notification

TuneUp! may send local notifications to alert you of alarms or reminders. You can manage notification permissions in your device settings.

5. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. The developer is not responsible for any damages, data loss, or missed alarms resulting from use of the App.

6. Changes to Terms

The developer reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

7. External Services

The App relies on certain Apple frameworks (MusicKit, AlarmKit, NotificationCenter, SwiftData) whose behavior is governed by Apple’s policies:
